Itenology has spearheaded the georeferencing and digitization of Conduit Utility Plans for Baltimore City Department of Transportation. The Cityworks application was leveraged to streamline workflows throughout the process. Work Orders were created for each Utility Plan and tracked using task assignments. Relationships were implemented in ArcMap to maintain the association between each Utility Plan Area, and the Conduit features contained within.
