Elham Shayanfar, PhD

Dr. Shayanfar has extensive experience in transportation planning and engineering including operational analysis utilizing micro, meso and macroscopic simulation modeling, signal warrant analyses, traffic impact and speed studies as well as geometric design. She has also been involved with various transportation research projects and has extensive experience working with the MWCOG Travel Demand Model as well as the Maryland Statewide Transportation Model to develop future travel demand.
