Ghulam Ashar

Mr. Ashar has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering; a Master of Science in Transportation Planning and Engineering; a Master of Science in Management Science, and an MBA. Mr. Ashar has more than16 years of experience in traffic engineering with duties that included collection and analysis of data for planning and engineering projects, traffic studies, travel demand forecasts, and the development of corridor wide network models using Synchro, CORSIM, and VISSIM.
