Sherif Naoum, PhD, PE, GISP, PMP

Dr. Naoum has over 28 years of experience and has served as a program manager, asset manager and project manager on a variety of contracts of varying sizes and scopes such as: water and wastewater condition assessment and asset management; wet weather consent decree design and construction; wastewater and stormwater urgent needs/on-call investigation, recommendations, design and construction; PS&E (plans, specification and estimate) development; permit preparation and infrastructure mapping. He is also experienced in the development of GIS applications, including statistical and spatial modeling and analysis using ArcGIS products.
