Rabih Najib, PhD, PE

Dr. Najib is a licensed professional engineer in Maryland, Virginia, and Pennsylvania. Dr. Najib has more close to 40 years of experience in the fields of transportation and information technology. He has served as Lead Engineer for engineering services including bridge and highway structure condition inspection, evaluation, and load rating; underwater inspection of highway and marine structures; movable bridge inspection and rehabilitation; overweight vehicle analysis; and bridge rehabilitation and design.
